The primary responsibility of the Operation Representative-Data Entry is to successfully process Public Sector applications utilizing alpha numeric data entry systems. Shift 1st Shift - 7:00 am. - 3:30 p.m. FT & PT opportunities available One weekend day required Holiday coverage required Responsibilities · Alpha-numeric data entry at a minimum rate of 8000 alpha KPH and 10000 numeric KPH. · Perform and complete tasks within established deadlines. · Produce results that meet and exceed quality and productivity standards. · Adhere to all departmental policies and compliance guidelines. · Maintain a clean and organized work environment Specifications / Qualifications High School diploma or GED required · Lockbox operations experience preferred · Alpha-numeric data entry: 8000 alpha KPH/10000 numeric KPH required · Ten (10)-key by touch required · Must type 35-40 wpm · Knowledge of MSOffice · Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills · Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions · Must pass an extensive background check · This role requires U.S. Citizenship
