Maintaining and improving upon the processes and technology used to facilitate applicant admissions and tracking * Managing the submission and approval of all certification applications to the Central Operations Manager * Serving as the primary liaison with TNTP\'s human resources staff to manage employment forms * Communicating directly with Teaching Fellows regarding program updates and requirements through in-person contact, email, large mailings and newsletters * Managing all administrative processes that apply to Texas Teaching Fellows * Coordinating the operations related to the planning and execution of the program training institutes for new teachers * Assisting in coordination of selection, placement, enrollment, and training events * Maintaining accurate candidate files and records * Working with the Central Operations Manager to ensure effective relationships with districts for tuition collection process The Operations Manager will report to the TTF Dallas Site Director. Compensation The annual salary for this position is $50,000 or commensurate with experience in a similar position.
