Cisco is seeking a Program Manager, GSM GPO Ā ?? LEAN 2.0 initiative that is targeted to enable Cisco Global Supply Chain Management to deliver efficiency in the extended supply chain. Global Supplier Management (GSM) is working closely with Manufacturing Operations and Demand Management & Planning to deliver on LEAN 2.0Ā ??s intent for optimizing a demand-pull driven replenishment system that minimizes inventory exposure while providing targeted flexibility across the total supply chain.This Program Manager will have key responsibilities in representing GSM on LEAN 2.0:work closely with the GSM management team to define the business requirements and operating expectations on LEAN partner with the LEAN 2.0 leadership to define the initiative strategy, roadmap and deliverables provide leadership working across GSM, MEQ-IT, manufacturing partners and component suppliers analyze business performance to validate operations model & strategy design & rollout business processes that balance requirements and maximizes the operational efficiency. implement LEAN governance and metrics to ensure process adherence and integrity across the supply chain within Cisco, and with manufacturing partners and component suppliers. Responsibilities include:- capturing and defining cross-functional business requirements that best articulate the business need from all partners- work with internal and external partners to develop and execute the operational process- work closely with Manufacturing Operations to create an optimal balance of GSM requirements with overall LEAN 2.0 expectations- drive solution implementation; ensuring process adoption and adherence.- develop and implement process governance and support of all business functions across Global Supply Chain functions.
