• On-site Training
o The trainer will be assigned to travel to various locations and give 2-3 day sessions
on how to use the software effectively
o The trainer has to ensure that the target end users are proficient with the solution
once training has been completed
o Ability to monitor and track the performance of trainees during training sessions
• Web Conference Training
o The trainer will conduct web-conference based training sessions with SharpSchool
customers
• Training Content Development
o The trainer will be responsible for the development and advancement of training
material associated with the SharpSchool products

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of professional training experience required
• University Degree
• Technical aptitude and interest
• Experience with Education Industry an asset
• Experience with Web-based Solutions highly desired

Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Be able to problem solve
• Patience in working with people who have a varied pace in learning
• Detail oriented, self motivated and proactive
• Confident speaking in front of large audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout North America
