Job Description:
Regularly review internal processes and policies to ensure ongoing compliance. Establish a practice and culture of continuous improvement. * Configure and align HDF Chicago office organization to achieve integration, cooperation and effectiveness. * Mentor, guide, train, and coach staff in Chicago office to deliver superior performance * Craft, evaluate, and track all contractual agreements. Ensure administrative and legal obligations for HDF are met on time. * Provide regular result centric reports to Co-Chairs. * Manage and drive web based donations via high quality web content. * Articulate HDF at public events and act as the external voice of HDF. * Insure web site communicates to potential donors and visitors. * Manage US advocacy programs to increase awareness and outreach Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelors degree, with at least 5-7 years of high performance work experience. Non-profit experience will make you succeed massively. Core skills for success: * Possess active listening skills * Effective interpersonal skills * Proven written and verbal communications excellence. * Excellent problem solving skills to handle daily operational challenges. * Results driven time management skills.
