Job Description:
Provide oversight of daily monitoring processes. • Develop new diagnostic and prognostic algorithms aimed at improving fleet reliability and performance. • Manage development of processes and tools used by RM&D Customers to access operating data. • Support efforts of related teams (Fleet Reliability, RM&D Deployment, Product Line, Contractual Services, Remote Services, Product Service, etc) leveraging RM&D infrastructure and data to drive productivity and Customer value. • Manage finances associated with RM&D, including budgeting and invoicing. • Maintain and update program information, such as marketing documents, pricing, Customer presentations, training materials, and Customer tracking references. • Monitor quality of M&D processes and procedures. • Coordinate outsourcing of operations and development programs. • Develop controls requirements for data retrieval and interfacing. • Train internal and Customer people on program tools. Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years Operations experience.
