Primary Responsibilities: Use analytical skills to investigate problem areas, especially when reported results indicate unfavorable trends. Drive down to detailed data and identify root causes to resolve discrepancies and to highlight areas for corrective action. Analyze impact of system and/or process issues. Perform trend analysis on key functions within Operations; highlight areas of opportunity or anticipate problems and communicate to Operations leadership. Assist in the development of department goals based in reporting metrics; prepare historical trend analysis on key metrics and recommend performance metrics-based goals. Develop and maintain forecasting and work management tools for various functions within Operations. Complete work-to-headcount ratios and make staffing recommendations. Partner with Policy Oversight function to identify possible impacts of procedural changes. Analyze information contained in existing databases, and other data sources, and make recommendations for improvement.
