Job Description:

The Maintenance Response Analyst is accountable for providing business analysis, reporting, and metrics to the Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) organization. FOS consists of diverse maintenance, manufacturing, horticulture, landscaping, engineering, and asset maintenance business units. The analyst will also provide business and analytical support to various strategic FOS business initiatives in an effort to improve productivity. This will include developing and executing project plans for various productivity and baseline studies as well as other metric strategies. The analyst will also work closely with the business unit management to provide analysis and trending of the various metric strategies. This will include maintaining/reviewing information, data mining and analyzing key information, and reporting/presenting the results to key stakeholders on a frequent basis.
