S/he must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to develop and manage effective supplier relationships in Asia. The ideal candidate must have previous leadership experience in the areas of product development, process improvement and change management. Commodity knowledge in plastic, wood, fabric and packaging is desirable. The incumbent must also be able to travel to Asia several times a year.
