Job Description:
Tier One Company has an opening for Hydraulics Maintenance Supervisor.Responsibilities:Oversee mechanical maintenance department, diagnose equipment failures and repair problems as they arise.Supervise and coordinate employees and activities within the Mechanical Maintenance Department in the areas of preventative and predictive maintenance.Encourage environmental improvement through active participation and leadership with employees.Supervise mechanical maintenance department personnel, including training, performance management and scheduling activities. Assist and participate with hiring, interviewing, selection and orientation process.Define, assign and coordinate routine preventative/predictive maintenance on a regular basis, including working with Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatic, Power Transmissions, Welding, and Fabrication, vibration analysis, balancing, alignment, oil analysis and NDT.
