JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervisory Police Officers lead personnel, manage resources (people, money, time) and evaluate the performance of others who perform the following: enforce Federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, and ensure DoD and NGA rules and regulations are followed. They maintain vigilance over installations for the purpose of providing the protection of life, property, and civil rights of individual citizens and for maintaining law and order. Applicant must also detail experience in promoting process improvement, coaching and mentoring, internal and external liaison to ensure an up-to-date and robust security program, budget management, developing and tracking timelines with milestones, identifying deficiencies and recommending corrective actions, providing input to the law enforcement training program, implementing inspections, maintaining a monthly exercise training schedule, security and law enforcement procedures, and conducting awareness training.
