Job Description:
 Identify new ways to improve the customer experience and reduce Returns and Customer Service Adjustments by leveraging subject matter expertise and cross-functional relationships.  ? Guide development of reporting that will provide greater visibility to customer experience concerns and allow more rapid detection of issues.2.Communication / Cross-Functional Teamwork (35%) ? Communicate status of product quality and packaging efforts to cross-functional team members and to senior management. ? Manage transit testing facilities and suppliers to ensure prompt testing of new product packaging and work with all parties to improve packaging (based on transit testing recommendations) as required. ? Champion new ideas to improve the customer experience and build support for those initiatives across the organization.  ? Develop strong relationships with partners and particularly with Merchandising stakeholders to ensure close cooperation on product quality and packaging efforts. ? Provide suppliers and Direct Ship Vendor partners with visibility to their performance, including product-level Returns and Customer Service Adjustments. 1)Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Functional Competencies: ? Strong business aptitude and knowledge of large-scale e-commerce processes and systems. ? Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Advanced data analysis skills, particularly using Excel. Familiarity with database applications and knowledge of Business Objects preferred. ? Demonstrated experience with driving results with a cross-functional team and meeting commitments in a timely fashion. ? Ability to improve business processes; sound judgment regarding opportunities that will lead to meaningful results.
