Job Description:
Apply advanced knowledge and theory of gas turbines gas compression, ancillary equipment principals, and applications. Service, diagnose and repair electro mechanical systems. Principal Accountabilities: Monitor equipment performance, vibration, noises for any deviation of individual equipment performance from standards as corrected for site conditions including gas turbine, compressor, and ancillary equipment. Incumbent will make necessary corrective adjustments to determine site-specific standards. Provide leadership to SAMS Technicians. Achieve designated availability, determined by contractual agreement with the customer Responsible for the documentation of daily work log, scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, parts usage reports Provides input into the computerized Maintenance Material Management System (MMMS) for maintenance history. Skills: Required to have a minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent. Applicable industrial or military training or technical school training, and/or related experience of at least 5 years operating and maintaining industrial facilities required. Must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting of relay logic, microprocessors NC, D/C, surge control systems, and high voltage switchgear. Understanding of process control, energy management, industrial electrical equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Requires advanced knowledge and theory of gas turbines gas compression, ancillary equipment principals, and applications. Ability to service, diagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems.
