Job Description:
Our client, one of the largest aggregate mining companies in North America, is looking for a Mine Manager to take responsibility for a multi-million ton quarry operation in Nova Scotia. The Mine Manager will be responsible for overall site management including safety, production, shipping, quality, finance, environmental, permitting and long-term planning for the quarry which employs over 100 unionized employees.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 10 years experience in mining operations management along with qualifications in Mining Engineering and management experience in a mine environment. Strong organizational, communications and reporting skills are also required.
