You will directly oversee four branch locations within the East PA/South NJ/DE market. You will work directly with their branches developing new business opportunities, identifying top talent, mentoring and motivating Branch Managers, Account Managers and Recruiters, and will be held accountable for the overall success and profitability of their marketplace. Requirements: You will have previous staffing industry background in a multi-unit management role with P&L responsibilities and a positive attitude with a passion for working in a very people oriented company! A strong corporate sales background with a solid track record of career progression is essential. You must have hands-on experience in outside sales, identifying and developing top talent, and proven leadership capabilities.
