Requisition Number: 145833 Job Objective To obtain the materials and/or services necessary to run the business for 64 production facilities and 350 sales centers in North America. Global collaboration and negotiation with suppliers to ensure quality, service and price of products. Strategize on how to obtain best value or to improve processes. Maintain relationships with CCBSS members and customers, CCNA, and vendors. Job Responsibilities · Establishes and implements procedures for procuring materials and services. · Negotiates and manages short and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply ensuring that contracts meet all of the compliance issues. · Consolidates and leverages volume to secure the best possible pricing. · Provides forecasts for current year and for one to three years out, with monthly updates. · Manages supplier relationships and monitor contracts. · Works with CCE/CCBSS members and customers to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. · Initiates, analyzes and implements new technologies, new programs, and better procurement methods. · Be a subject matter expert in the respective area of responsibility, including in-depth knowledge of industry structure, economic drivers, supplier solvency and competitive situation. · Seek out opportunities for MWBE suppliers. · Leads cost-savings projects. · Manages subordinates, where applicable. Job Requirements Education Required Business or technical degree or equivalent experience Education Preferred MBA, subject matter expertise in specific area of operations or engineering Experience Required Minimum 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, operations or engineering Experience Preferred Minimum 8 years in procurement in the consumer products industry (e.g., beverage, packaging) with experience in equipment, parts, and services or related field of expertise SUBMIT RESUME IN A WORD OR PDF FORMAT, For more information, please visit to OperationsCrossing.
