Job Description:
Responsibilities Essential Functions • Provide overall leadership and directions in driving operational excellence, customer service, compliance, and environmental, health and safety, and shipping / receiving at the Memphis Group - Chickasaw warehouse. • Interact with EHS to implement and enforce established procedures and to ensure proper training of all warehouse personnel. • Create, amend and train personnel on written procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 2000. • Interact with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with established ISO procedures. • Establish and maintain cycle count program. • Ensure cost efficiency of materials needed for shipping and storage of inventory. • Accommodate and assist internal and external auditors with verification of inventory and established ISO procedures. • Ability to fluctuate between projects and personnel in mid-stream based on priority of shipping and/or receiving needs. • Process parts to be scrapped upon return from repair facility or customer. • Coordinate with IT department on new programs and system improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations. • Interface with all areas of the business (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Repairs Management, Sales, Accounting & HR) to affect fulfillment initiatives and improve overall customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications: • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT. • High School degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. • You must submit your application for employment through gecareers.com to be considered. • You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process. • You must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process. • You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. • You must be willing to work out of an office in Memphis, TN.
