Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance activities for all facility related to mechanical and electrical equipment at the Maryland Heights Nuclear Imaging Facility. Supervise up to 12 maintenance technicians responsible for pharmaceutical productionequipment / pharmaceutical facility support equipment.Ensure all systems, equipment and personnel function as required for safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective operations. Implement the preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure that maintenance work is performed in accordance with all regulatory and plant requirements. Will develop and conform to annual facility budgets; manage the maintenance expertise to perform and assist with the plant operation/maintenance outages; and monitor mechanical/electrical/I&C maintenance work to ensure that all work is conducted using proper industrial and applicable plant procedures and standards. Manage outside contractors; manage CMMS preventive maintenance programs tominimize manufacturing downtime; manage emergency equipment repairs by problemassessment, problem solving and assign work to proper skilled technicians. Requirements Bachelors degree in Chemical; Mechanical; or Electrical Engineering5+ Years experience in an FDA Regulated Industry5-7 Years experience in maintenance management in a pharmaceutical industry Extensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and NRC regulations preferredKnowledge of 5S, TPM and its implementation in an operating environment required, For more information, please visit to BlueCollarCrossing.
