Oversee the implementation of tracking systems to track and monitor service level, problem type, resolution and response time Understand new and existing policies and procedures, communicates and implements within the respective branch office Resolve more complex operations problems or issues where major customers are involved to bring closure to open issues Oversee review of client transactions to ensure proper settlement and compliance with policies and procedures Act as a liaison with technology group to determine requirements for existing and new operations processes/systems Experience Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent3-5 years experience at a management or supervisory level5 or more years of securities industry experienceSeries 7, 63, 9, 10 CertificationTrading experience a plusOur client is looking to hire as soon as possible.
