This position will have three direct reports and responsibilities include: * Leading the recruiting functions for the organization to focus the staff on recruiting critical talent. * Implementation of tracking system that measure the quality of new hires and retention. * Experience working with outside vendors and vendor management service providers. Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or a related field and/or experience recruiting for highly specific scientific and chemistry related positions, Behavioral Based Interviewing experience and the ability to use the latest technology to screen and test applicants.
