Supports the RVP and the District Managers in all aspects of maintenance management (a)Maintains focus on top 4-5 region priorities while leveraging both internal and external resources to accomplish goals (b)Support, communicate, and implement all corporate objectives, policies, and procedures. (2)Supports all aspects of customer retention and growth objectives; ensuring high level of quality (a)Ensures that customer requirements are identified and that satisfaction objectives are met. Establish and maintain a Ë customer care\' atmosphere and attitude with staff for internal and external customers (Retail support) (b)Action plans developed and implemented that ensure corrective measures are taken (long and short term). (3)Responsible for region financial results/metrics: (a)Partner with region finance team to analyze, interpret and determine corrective actions with respect to maintenance discipline (b)Monitor operational expenditure and revenue, implementing action to achieve or improve upon approved budgets while maintaining quality standards (c)Responsible for all maintenance related assets, costs and control across assigned region. (4)Lead in maintenance, planning performance measurement and continuous improvement process within region including compliance with all federal/state/local legislation (a)Responsible for key maintenance measurements and results across assigned region (b)Responsible for implementing preventative maintenance strategies and programs throughout region (c)Support, communicate, and ensure compliance with all regulations. (5)Evaluate, coach and develop maintenance management within the region (a)Overall responsibility for Performance Management within maintenance ranks (b)Conducts regular meetings and conference calls to ensure full understanding of maintenance processes, strategy, trends and results (c)Ensures on-going development of Service Mgrs with high potential within the Region through both internal and external sources (d)Identify staffing requirements, assist with recruiting strategy and implementation that ensures objectives are met. Job Requirements: (1)High School degree required. College Degree Preferred. (2)Extensive Equipment Fleet Maintenance, and leadership experience (10+ years). (3)Excellent technical knowledge of specifications and applications. (4)Strong knowledge of maintenance accounting and P&L. (5)Proficient in most Microsoft applications and systems (Wynne System). (6)Other Skills Required: (a)Must be Result Oriented with Ability to Influence Others.
