Job ID: 137884 Duties and Qualifications The Customer Adjustments staff completes Research Requests via RQB1 system ensuring all requests are completed within 24 hours. Also, ensures required documentation and quality checks are performed prior to making an adjustment to a customers account. Minimum Requirements: 1 year banking or bank operations experience. 1 year production/processing experience. Good oral and written communication skills required. Ability to communicate effectively via phone. Good organizational skills required and ability to make sound decisions with minimum supervision. Ability to handle pressure due to deadlines in a fast paced environment and must be able to maintain attention to detail in a production environment, speed and accuracy. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Proficient typing skills is required along with, 10 key by touch, and PC (Word and Excel) experience. Preferred: Previous experience in bank operations and/or knowledge of Adjustments, Research, Items Processing, X/PTR, ImageLink, CRF, OBIQ, and/or General Ledger helpful. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customer via face to face and phone
