Job Description: The ability to pay close attention to detail is crucial. The person who fills this position must enjoy customer interaction and have proven success in dealing with complex customer service issues. Responsibilities: * Student Communication o Oversee execution of student communication plans for content and timely distribution from time of enrollment through WYR o Proactively address students concerns by calling students prior to every course start-up and providing instructions for 1st class o Act as liaison to all schools and organizations with whom we run partnership or school based programs, which will include: coordinating enrollment and mailings, conveying course progress reports during and after the course, and providing student support services * Course Logistics o Coordinate ordering, delivery and disbursement of course materials for all students o Ensure that all programs are Book of Standards compliant and use the appropriate materials o Monitor updates from R&D and manage implementation of program changes and new programs o Hold ultimate responsibility that data for courses is correct (schedules, test codes, rooms) o Responsible for student enrollments, small group tutoring groupings, transfer students and accounting transactions linked to student accounts o Process and prepare student score reports in a timely manner * Course Quality o Track and analyze Net Promoter rating for each course type. Respond to all neutral and detractor responses to WYG o Provide quality check-in calls to all students; gather information and create action plans to address any concerns o Provide comprehensive customer service to students and parents by identifying concern and working to provide a solution which is mutually beneficial to both student and office o Observe classes, especially for first-term teachers Qualifications: * A Bachelor's Degree. * A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in education and/or customer service. * Adaptability, resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills. * Superior written and oral communication skills, including public speaking. * The ability to manage and balance a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints. * A balance of both people and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail. * Strong critical thinking and assessment skills. * A willingness to present and speak in front of prospects, teachers, and other organizations. * A strong work ethic and drive for results. * Prior knowledge of the admissions tests or the admission process itself is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
