Maintains clean, safe and orderly environment; Properly follows all safety procedures and policies SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: · None QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle Ability to climb heights up to and including 1000 feet Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions Demonstrated safe driving record required Ability to work independently under limited supervision Great physical condition and stamina Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized with a strong attention to detail Self-starter, team player, results oriented EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1+ year(s) general construction, electrical, technical, or mechanical experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience ENVIRONMENT: 100% of work is performed externally, on-site, outdoors, with exposure to the elements of nature working under normal construction conditions. 90% travel is required in support of the position’s responsibilities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 75 pounds.
