Art DirectorDescription:A youth-oriented Latino Media Company seeks a passionate and creative Art Director who thinks independently and understands the significance of developing strong branding for marketing, on-air and online purposes. The art director will work directly with the Creative Director in developing logos for upcoming TV shows and online properties. All applicants must have a sample pdf and the ability to produce clean and effective design solutions.The art director must also be willing to get their hands dirty and be able to do their own production on projects when necessary. This is a small, but fast paced company that's growing quickly so we need team work! Specific Skills Required Skills:* 5-7 years of agency/studio experience* Strong focus on branding* Self-directed, proactive and solutions-driven* Highly conceptual and able to execute and articulate those ideas* Possess the ability to produce high quality design with little direction* Must have strong organization skills and a strong sense of typographyQualifications Must haves:* A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design* Exceptional creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor, team spirit, commitment, and professionalism* Ability to work individually as well as part of a team* A passion to learn and take direction* Strong time and project management skills* Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond quickly to changing priorities* Ability to manage multiple assignments without detracting from quality/accuracy
