Should have atleast 8+ years of experience

Good consulting and development background;
Worked with consulting company
Backgrounds with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, XML, SQL Server etc.)
Infrastructure Experience. MS Exchange, Active Directory experience.

Excellent knowledge of enterprise business processes

Job Requirements:
Technical Skills
Candidate must have a passion for technology
Candidate must have a passion / desire to work in a small fast paced environment
Ideal candidate in Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, XML, .NET Framework
Candidate must have atleast 8+ years of experience in the Software industry in both Software development organizations and consulting organizations
working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint Server (MOSS), Biztalk - NOT MUST(Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services)
Candidate must be local and be willing to work with different clients in bay area.
Preffered to have excellent knowledge or background in competitive technologies such as Documentum, Plumtree, vignette, and Java
Candidate must be a US citizen or green card holder
Candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with software development courses.
