Job Description:
Due to continuing growth, our Mason City office needs entry-level and experienced Call Center Representatives to help customers resolve outstanding balances on their delinquent accounts for our nationally recognized clients.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent phone and communication skills.

Basic computer skills are required.

Must be willing on occasion to work nights/weekends.
