Job Description:
The Front line collector is responsible for managing and maintaining a book of records (files which reside in a collector desk). Each front line collector has the ownership of ensuring their file is being managed properly as it relates to: manual calling efforts, dialer utilization and skiptracing.

This includes and is not limited to managing time for each of the above outlined activities. Front line collectors are also responsible for meeting financial requirements associated with both their monthly pay and file return expectancy.

Job Requirements:

•Inbound/Outbound call handling
•Properly document all records
•Meet minimum production and revenue requirements
•Perform proper skip tracing/location information searches leveraging internet tools.
