Job Description:
Provide excellent service and coordination in a fast-paced environment dispatching tow trucks to move auction vehicles within tight timeframes.

-Route trips according to due dates, with the ability to re-route in a timely fashion when needed.
-Produce daily reports covering all areas of dispatch.
-Complete trip confirmation daily.
-Manage approximately 20-30 drivers.
-Recruit new subhaulers.
-Maintain subhauler files.
-Contact shops/adjusters/owners regarding vehicle pickup availability.
-Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:
-At least two years dispatch and customer service experience, towing experience preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve tasks within tight. deadlines.
-Keen attention to detail.
-Excellent multitasking and problem solving skills in a busy office environment.
-Computer proficiency.
-Ability to work well in a team environment.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
-HS Diploma or GED preferred.
