Job Description Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Key responsibilities may include: Assist in the build phase planning and preparation Assign configuration and coding work to other software engineers based on skill set Ensure programmers' meets functional and technical design specifications Code and test software meeting the functional and technical design specifications, as needed Ensure repairs made to the applications made by junior programmers are in accordance with technical and functional specifications Assign the creation of test scripts to appropriate team members Ensure application or technical environments meet performance requirements (technical, functional and user interface) Lead high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value Willingness to travel extensively is required Qualifications Basic Qualifications 4 years Siebel configuration and application design experience
