Job Description: * Consulting - maintain at the highest levels of knowledge of Verispan's patient capabilities, as well as in-depth knowledge of the industry and other Verispan services to help maximize the value of deliverables and post-sales consulting opportunities. * Client satisfaction - consulting with clients to maximize the value of patient deliverables, with an emphasis on supporting business expansion within clients. * Client engagements - work to develop client partnerships, with responsibility for managing all facets of client experience with regard to patient deliverables * Client service - provide timely and responsive client service that helps to establish Verispan's goal of client service excellence * Collaboration - serve as a leader in matrix environment, with effectiveness in building relationships and driving toward common goals. * Deliverables - help to set and meet all client expectations for patient deliverables, including timeliness, accuracy and achieving business objectives. * Adding Value - drive innovative and proactive client support to ensure clients get the maximum value out of deliverables * Renewals - ensure that Verispan is providing a high perception of value with all deliverables to maximize the likelihood of business renewals. * Revenues - assure that all deliverables are sent on schedule for revenue recognition, elevate all threats to success and spearhead alternative solutions when issues arise. * Issue resolution - take ownership for successfully responding to client issues, including appropriate elevation and communication and driving quick responses that meet client demands, with an emphasis on innovative and long-lasting solutions. * Training - support advancement of effective client exposure and training on patient services to build awareness and usage of Verispan's services within client organizations. * Sales support - support the Client Management team for pre-sales as needed, with a focus on connecting knowledge of client needs, the industry and Verispan services to help demonstrate Verispan's advantages. * Team leadership - lead patient team by creating a work atmosphere that focuses on hiring, developing and retaining talent. Minimum Job Qualifications Education Training * Bachelors Degree with 5-8 years experience focused on Pharmaceutical/ Biotech marketing analytics and consulting or other healthcare industry experience Business Experience *Successful consulting engagement experience with demonstrated market knowledge. *Experienced Team Player with a strong client service focus; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. * Ability to build strategic client relationships and positive connections, both internally and within Verispan Specialized Skills To apply for this job,
