Job Description:
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and responsible individuals to work in the private Club’s Summer Youth Program from June 4th-August 18th.
Youth Program Counselors:
Assist professional instructors during Youth Program activities, such as: Golf and Tennis Clinics, Surfing, Kayaking, Aquatics Clinics, Horseback Riding, Water Skiing, Crafts & Field games!
Recreation/Youth Program Supervisor:
Organize, Implement, and Lead sports, field games & recreational programs for youth, teens and families at The Beach Club and other Club venues. Position assists with supervision of counselor staff.
Administrative Counselor:
Maintains files, assists with reservations, and maintains ongoing communication with Club members and program vendors. Position also entails working some shifts in the field as counselor.
All positions entail working outside, leading recreation programs and sports on the beach, in the pool, and field play for all ages including teens and adults. Some light clerical work and administrative duties are required. Scheduled work shifts vary so applicants must be flexible and willing to work varying hours Monday - Friday.
* The position entails minimal shifts on weeknights and a potential weekend.
Job Requirements:
Experience in recreation sports, hospitality or child development is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. All positions are seasonal. Only applicants available to work the entire length of the program will be considered
