Job Description:
Standby Power System Consultants, Inc., a stationary battery, DC power, and standby power systems firm is seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable electrician for electric utility, telecommunications, mission critical sites, commercial and residential support.
Electrician responsibilities include testing, maintenance, installation, removal and repair of large stationary battery systems and dc power systems along with installation and maintenance of small generator and renewable energy systems. Position involves working with tools and electrical test equipment.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must be capable of lifting 100 lbs. Must be willing to work overtime, back shifts and weekends when required. Must be available for on call duty as required. Must be customer service oriented and dedicated to providing quality service. Knowledge of NEC necessary. Applicant must commit to being trained and educated, by the employer, on stationary battery, DC power, and standby power systems. Dedication to safety a must!
