Mechanical Engineer – Project Manager Engineer – ENG#463
EMPLOYER:
Executive Office Services if privileged to partner with a Small, growing, full-service M/E/P consulting firm in the Southern California Area that is seeking your assistance in identifying and exceptional Mechanical Engineer – Project Manager.
LOCATION:
Southern California
CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
You will be responsible for total engineering design including: preparation of detailed HVAC/Plumbing design documents, engineering design calculations, energy and pressure drop analyses, systems coordination and
documentation for a variety of building types.
Will also be responsible for the execution of construction documents for plan check submittal, bid and construction as well as construction
administration activities.
Interpret and apply applicable national mechanical and plumbing
codes, uniform building codes, and ASHRAE standards and local codes.
Oversee and perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Deliver complete, accurate and coordinated project assignments within
time and budget parameters while satisfying client and contractual
obligations.
Responsibility extends to project management of small engineering
team and interaction with client.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Mechanical Engineering.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of California.
10+ years experience designing and developing HVAC and plumbing
systems including experience with hospitals, laboratories and schools.
5 years experience in a lead, project management or supervisory
capacity.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate
conceptual ideas with clients, architects, and design engineers.
Positive attitude, highly motivated and a team player.
A proven record of client satisfaction.
