Job Description:

The Manager of Inflight is responsible to the Director of Inflight for the overall performance of all Flight Attendants to ensure compliance with FAR’s, Company policies and procedures

Job duties and responsibilities:

Maintain Flight Attendant qualification
Assist with the development and standardization of In-flight customer service
Responsible for the performance, appearance, and conduct of Flight Attendants consistent with company policy and professional standards
Assist with disciplinary action as deemed necessary
Develop and distribute in-flight information
Continuing education: FAA conferences and workshops
Provide a support system for Flight Attendants
Accomplish other duties that may be assigned
Responsible for revisions to the Flight Attendant Manual

Job Requirements:
*Previous Flight Attendant and Management experience required.

·Interpersonal communication and leadership skills a must

·Computer literate
