Description:
Seeking an experienced PHP developer to help create and maintain new content and functionality for both internal and external web sites.

Job Requirements:
- Must have development experience on Debian Linux
- Must have expert level PHP 5 experience
- Must have excellent XHTML/CSS skills
- Must have experience with XML and SOAP style interfaces
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent layout and design abilities

The following is a plus:
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
