Job Description:
Perform HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and light electrical work as required
Maintain heaters, chillers, pumps, fan coil units, air handlers
Inspect fan room equipment, cooling tower and engine room equipment
Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns
Monitor and repair equipment as needed
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations and governmental agency directives.

Job Requirements:
Applicants should have working knowledge of HVAC systems and an understanding of basic electrical systems. Vocational training and/or experience in working with HVAC and other mechanical systems is required. Knowledge of building operations is desired but will train.
