AssemblerA large manufacturing company located in San Juan Capistrano, CA has current 1st shift openings for assemblers.Major job duties for the assembler position include:-Receive parts, materials, and instructions from lead person or supervisor-Review shop traveler route card, or uncomplicated schematic drawing to confirm correct sequence of operation-Position very small parts such as ceramic board, crystals, gages, fine pins, fire wire, solder particles and epoxy under binocular microscope using tweezers or positioning fixtures-Adjust, bend, align and solder find wires to resistors and base parts-Bond or seal parts or assemblies with epoxies using direct heating elements or ovens-Perform a variety of in-process testingJob requirements and qualifications for the assembler position:-1+ years of assembly experience-Microscope experience-Ability to work with small parts-Good mathematical ability-Good reading skills-Soldering experience is a plusStandard work week is a state-approved schedule in straight time:Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 3:45pm and Friday 6:30am to 11:30am
