JOB SUMMARY:

Provide environmental service to territory customers and ensure customer satisfaction with Liebert products.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

New equipment start-ups, warranty repairs and preventative maintenance. Provide after-sale support to the customer to ensure repeat business.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Equipment modifications, time and material work, end user training. A Team leader.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

N/A


INTERACTIONS:

This position interacts with customers, sales and office administration staff continuously. Frequent interaction with corporate Credit Department, Environmental Service, and local parts department.


Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Extensive knowledge base of Liebert products, electrical circuitry and air conditioning. This individual must be computer literate, (Microsoft Office) well organized, highly motivated, and work well with people. May be required to climb ladders and/or lift heavy objects.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Combination of education and experience equivalent to a 2 year technical degree plus 5 years field service experience in commercial air conditioning equipment / applications and environmental products. A mature professional capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced technical sales support environment.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure complete end user satisfaction with the overall operation of the purchased product.
