Job Description: JOB SUMMARY:
Provide environmental parts to customers. This includes phone interaction with customers, parts identification, pricing and shipping. Responsible for customer set-up in Cullinet, provide order information for order entry and shipping. Replenish and manage local inventory to achieve target fill rates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for all aspects of parts sales, inventory control and information for order entry and shipping transactions in Cullinet. Provide on-line customer assistance via the telephone. Coordinate parts availability and shipment with corporate facility. High inside selling and quoting activities.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer assistance with replacement parts issues, oversee parts inventory, manage shipping / receiving / delivery activities, provide technical support as required by the sales staff, and manage information for entry into Cullinet and El.Net. Maintain mailing lists, generate promotional, informational mailings and spare parts lists. Inside Sales, Placing Orders, Research
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: N/A
INTERACTIONS:
This position interacts with customers, sales and office administration staff continuously. Frequent interaction with corporate Credit Department, Environmental Parts, Traffic Department and local service department.
Job Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Extensive knowledge base of Liebert products, electrical circuitry and air conditioning. This individual must be computer literate, (Microsoft Office) well organized, highly motivated, and work well with people
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Combination of 2 year technical degree plus 3 years experience in commercial air conditioning equipment / applications and environmental products. A mature professional capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced technical sales support environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist in attaining sales quotas established by manager. Ensure overall environmental product customer satisfaction through continued parts, service and warranty service after the sales. Increase sales through strong customer interface and sales staff support.
