Job Description:
The Lexington Woods Water Rascals (LWWR) swim team is looking to fill one or more openings for the position of Assistant Coach. LWWR is a Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL) neighborhood swim team located in Spring, TX. With NWAL Divisional championship winnings in three of the past four years, the Water Rascals have successfully developed a program that is fun and recreational while teaching the lifelong lessons of competition and good sportsmanship.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be able to interact with, teach, engage, and motivate swimmers from elementary through high school age in back, breast, butterfly, and freestyle strokes. Prior aquatics experience as either a swimmer, instructor, or coach required. Salary commensurate with experience.
