One of Formalized Design, Inc Fortune 50 clients needs a Human System Integration Engineer who is a proven leader;
Annual package of up to $85,000 for a proven Human System Integration Engineer who needs to help conduct Human Engineering and Usability tasks for communications, network management, and encryption systems products Our client is a Fortune 50 company that is a global leader in developing secure and integrated communications and information systems.

Job Requirements:
The successful senior-level candidate will have expertise and experience including:
• The ability to work effectively on one or more multi-disciplinary design teams and to contribute to overall development of project/product design concepts and implementation strategies while providing input on user design considerations.
• Leadership ability as well as strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Previous experience on complex electronic systems is desirable.
• Requires knowledge and use of all Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and Access database.
• Requires familiarity with Military and International HSI Standards such as: MIL-STD-1472, MIL-HDBK-46855, MIL-HDBK-759 and ISO-13407.
• Working knowledge of ergonomics and anthropometry.
• Specific Knowledge Applicant must be capable of obtaining a US Security Clearance.
• Applicant must be a US Citizen.
• Previous experience in DoD environment or Armed Forces preferred.
• 5-7 years experience as a Human Factors or Usability Specialist.
Requires MS in Cognitive / Experimental Psychology or Human Factors Engineering with solid technical capability in this area
