Job Description:
The world's leading medical technology firm is in need of Medical Assemblers for their headquarters in Santa Ana.
The Assemblers will perform precision assembly of porcine bio-prosthetic heart valves in accordance with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
*Performs valve assembly of porcine heart valves according to established procedures.
*Assembles designated valve models at the production volume and quality levels required of the individual technician's job level.
*Communicates with team members providing input and feedback to others on the team.
*Follows team rules and guidelines along with works with Sr. Tech instructions.
*Records all trace-ability information and inventory movement transactions accurately.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Experience using a microscope.
*Very good manual dexterity skills.
*Hand sewing skills.
*Good communication skills.
JOB PREFERENCES:
*Tissue valve manufacturing experience.
*Understanding of GMP/ISO.
