PeopleSoft CRM:

• 3-5 years experience on PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk .
• Experience on multiple full development lifecycle CRM implementations.
• Strong Knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk for Human Resources v8.9+ .
• Familiarity with Integration Broker and Application Messaging.
• Strong experience producing Functional Designs for product configuration and customizations .
• Experience designing and coding reports using Query/Crystal or other reporting tools .
• Experience creating Test Scripts and coordinating QA process (Mercury Test Director experience a plus) .
• Oracle PeopleSoft CRM HR Help Desk v8.9 , PeopleSoft Query 8.x , Crystal Reporting .
• Knowledgeable about the PeopleSoft CRM technical environment.
• Working knowledge of PeopleCode, App Engine, Application
Classes.
