Job Description:
Performs all complex elements of a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the contract's staffing requirements. Uses automated tracking systems, identifies candidates from numerous sources, initiates ads, screens and qualifies candidates and performs reference checks. Provides team leadership to lower level employees. Responsible for the recruitment of Pashto/Dari speaking candidates to support OEF-A linguist operations
