RESPONSIBILITIES
* Scheduling appointments
* Attending trainings and conference calls
* Attending networking events & establishing business relationships
* Contacting and following up with leads
* Managing a sales team
* Building a R.E. portfolio with exit strategies
REQUIREMENTS
* Having sales experience is a PLUS.
* Knowledge of real estate investments is a huge PLUS.
* You must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage others.
* You must maintain a positive attitude and be well organized.
* You must have a strong PASSION for real estate.
* You must be a team player.
* It is essential that you have a strong desire to succeed and a hunger to be WEALTHY.
* You must display excellent communication skills.
* You must be dependable and are required to show up.
