Job Description:
1 800 905 GEEK a Geeks on Call Company servicing the western metro area is seeking qualified Certified Mobile Field Technicians.
Display the following minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Must meet and prove certification requirements of MCSE/MCSA or higher
Must have 3+ years experience and strong knowledge supporting Business and Home applications.
Must have experience configuring, supporting, and installation of multi-based servers
PC troubleshooting and repair to include network, software and hardware installation, data recovery, loss prevention, security, etc.
Ability and desire to sell and market with a take charge attitude to get results
Excellent communication, teamwork and customer care skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial self starter
Flexible and focused to meet the demands of customers and scheduling
Desire to be empowered to build trust with our customers while exceeding their needs for service.
Pass a technical skills qualification test (online test prior to interview)
Submit to a background check, drug screen, valid drivers license and clean driving record
Techs are equipped with a company PT Cruiser (1800905Geek Logo), cell phone, logo shirts, supplies, and technical support.
Base salary of 43k -47k plus a performance based incentive plan.
Persistent, motivated technicians who are focused on customer satisfaction can expect to earn $75,000 per year and up.
