Job Description: We are currently sourcing for new technicians in your area that can provide onsite service for our basic troubleshooting/ break fix service calls. Tech Force services medical carts, PC and server blades. A Technician may be asked to replace items such as a shock, actuator or battery on medical carts, troubleshoot the PC’s, or swap out a drive, etc. while onsite. Our technician requirements include good mechanical skills, specific tools & time management skills. For your convenience, I have attached the required tools list for your review.
We also provide webinar training sessions for all of our Vendors/Technicians as part of our introduction and training process that will identify the types of service calls that you may receive. In addition, our Technical Account Managers we provide telephone support to the Technicians while they are onsite to assist in the service event.
