Expected Job Duties:
• Collect trash from offices, restrooms, and lobbies. (25%)
• Vacuum and perform carpet cleaning services. (25%)
• Mop floors (restrooms, stairwells, and lobbies) (25%)
• Dust and wipe furniture and vents. (25%)
Environment:
• Campus environment
• Cleaning offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, stairwells.
Schedule:
• Mon-Friday / 5:30am to 2:00pm
Job Requirements:
Required:
• Must have at least one year commercial janitorial experience.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving moderately heavy objects approximately 50 pounds or less.
• Safety shoes
Desirable:
• Use of buffer
