Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Generate CNC programs needed to fabricate interior components

Implementation of CNC machining operations in support of production

Develop CNC programs per tool planning schedule

Write operator documentation for the CNC programs

Troubleshoot CNC programs to improve efficiency and quality

Design and coordinate fabrication of tools required to support CNC operations

Provide feedback to Design group on producibility

Provide feedback to Manufacturing Engineer on tool planning

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in applicable engineering discipline, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years aerospace interiors experience preferred

CNC composite programming experience in CATIA V5 required

Excellent blueprint reading skills

Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes and tooling

Tool design experience a plus

Detail oriented
Ability to work within a team oriented environment

Lifting requirement: 30 lb

Off-shift & Overtime work is a possibility
